(57)【要約】 【目的】 液状バニリン組成物及びその製法を提供す る。 【構成】 バニリン30〜80重量%、エチルバニリン 20〜70重量%、及び所望の温度で溶液を得るために 十分な量の水性及び/又は有機溶媒を含有することを特 徴とする液状バニリン組成物、並びにその製法。
PURPOSE: To prepare a mechanically and chemically stable vanillin in a liquid form which can be simply diluted in use, thereby is readily utilizable in a transparent solution form and has bacterial stability. CONSTITUTION: This vanillin composition in a liquid form contains 30-80 wt.%, preferably 45-50 wt.% vanillin, 20-70 wt.%, preferably 50-55 wt.% ethylvanillin and an aqueous and/or an organic solvent in an amount sufficient to obtain a solution at a desired temperature. Water and/or a protonic or an aprotic polar organic solvent are used as the solvent and water, ethanol, propylene glycol and a mixture thereof are especially preferred. The amount thereof used is within the range of 5-50 wt., preferably 10-30 wt.% based on a dry substance (vanillin + ethylvanillin) at 25°C service temperature. The composition is suitable for use as a flavoring in the human and animal food industry and pharmacy and as a perfume in the cosmetics, perfume and detergent industries. COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
